The cottage is a short drive from the bustling streets of Matlock, with its array of shops and dining options, and the charming market town of Bakewell. Your Comfortable Retreat: Entering the cottage, you'll find a welcoming space designed for relaxation and convenience. The open-plan living area invites you to unwind with a book or enjoy your favourite series on the Smart TV, all while staying cosy by the log burner. The dining area, which is raised a few steps, offers a spacious setting for meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary ventures, from morning coffee with the Nespresso machine to a homemade dinner prepared with our electric oven and induction hob. The convenience of a washer/dryer is also at your disposal. Upstairs, the accommodation comprises a flexible super king bedroom that can also be set up as twins, and a double bedroom, each featuring Smart TVs, mini Alexas, and ample storage. The property is just a short drive from the pretty market town of Bakewell with its many shops and cafes that offers a great place for a gentle stroll. During November Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall have fabulous Christmas markets and other events throughout the year. A car is recommended to fully enjoy and explore the local area.
